ABOUT ME

I grew up in Illinois and graduated with a teaching degree, but my passion for fitness led me down a different path. After experiencing the transformative power of health and wellness, I decided to leave teaching and pursue entrepreneurship. I have always had a passion for weight training. However, I have dabbled into a few different sports like triathlon to really push my endurance, and found I have a passion for biking.

In addition, I like to read, travel, and have an occasional glass of wine. I will be learning how to sail soon so I can take some trips soon
